Mike Garrett knows real estate from the ground up. Having worked alongside his father and grandfather Mike has been involved with land acquisition and development as well as commercial and residential construction and management for almost forty years. 

After several years of working in the building profession, Mike decided to change venues and focus on selling real estate. Deciding to maximize his experience, Mike is now a land and commercial broker utilizing his knowledge in purchase negotiations, zoning, permitting, and environmental compliance. His expertise also includes working with civil engineers and architects on commercial and residential properties, not to mention land development and construction projects. In 2016, Mike completed an intensive course through the Realtor Land Institute to become an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). When selling your land this distinguishment will give you an edge over your average realtor because “ALCs are land professionals who are the most accomplished, most experienced, highest-performing land experts. Becoming an ALC requires successful completion of a rigorous education program, a proven track record of transaction performance, and a commitment to professional growth”.
